Registration will start 1 hour before the event, 

To refund please call 1 hours before the event. Latest we will wait by 10 minutes after 6:00pm before forfeiting any latecomers who have not called in, where your spot will be given to anyone in the waiting list.

You are only eligible for a refund if you call in anytime before the event, once the time has passed, your ticket will be put towards store credit.
