Tickets are limited to 1 per customer. Any attempts to purchase more than 1 ticket will have additional ticket purchases refunded.

You will be required to provide a Pokemon Play ID to participate in the event. Players without player ID cannot attend the event.

Players will need to arrive by 12:30pm for registration with the event starting at 1pm.

Customers arriving late will have their ticket purchases subject to possible refund.

No refunds allowed 2 days prior to event date, tickets will be transferred to in store credit.
